This Privacy Statement applies to the website known as 713houston.com and other VoiceTarget owned domain names that may be utilized to promote the 713HOUSTON Voice Portal and 713houston.com service (the “713HOUSTON Experience”) and governs all data collection and usage. Collection of your Personal Information

All other information, content or recordings collected by VoiceTarget about you will be considered “Non-Personal Information” which may be utilized by VoiceTarget in any manner it should desire.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, VoiceTarget has the right to utilize all Non-Personal Information in any manner it should desire, including but not limited VoiceTarget’s unrestricted right to assign, license, sell, transfer or lease said Non-Personal Information to third parties.

It is agreed that your use of the 713HOUSTON Experience ratifies your approval, assignment and agreement regarding VoiceTarget’s rights to Non-Personal Information. Not in limitation of the foregoing, VoiceTarget will have the full unrestricted right to create, edit, produce, market, sell, assign and license to third parties your text messages and/or voice recordings including but not limited to any derivative works and compilations resulting therefrom.

VoiceTarget is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the 713HOUSTON Experience.

Use of your Personal Information
